Beetroot bhaji is a stir fry beetroot Recipe Indian way
Make the pan heat enough then put 1 Tbsp of olive oil in the preheated pan.
Now put all the vegetables into the pan like-diced Beetroot, carrots, potatoes, fresh or frozen peas and fry all these veggies for 2 mins.
After 2 mins add Grated or chopped ginger, Ground Cardamoms, black pepper, Ground Cumin seeds, Ground Cinnamon, Nutmeg powder, sugar and salt into the pan.
Mix all the spices with all the veggies very well.
fry all the veggies for another 2 mins in medium gas flame.
Just after 2 mins add 2 cups of hot water into the pan, mix well and now cover the pan with a lid for 10 mins.
In this stage very low the gas flame otherwise vegetables will be not cooked properly.
After 10 mins open the frying pan lid turn off the gas flame and you will see our Beetroot bhaji recipe is ready to serve.
Serve this recipe when it's hot with steamed Rice, any flatbreads or with Roti, chapatis.
Always serve this dish when it’s hot enough.
