What are the basic Ingredients of this Beetroot bhaji Recipe?

Beetroot bhaji or sabji is a Chinese stirfry kind of dish. In this kind of stir fry dish, you have to use simple spices or sauce only. As  I am making this recipe in an Indian way so I used Indian dry spices only. The spices used in this recipe are the basic Indian spices and those are easily available in most of the Indian Kitchen pantry. I used cumin and coriander seeds to spice up the bland taste of beetroot. And I added some green cardamom and nutmeg in ground form to get a wonderful flavour. Before making this dish I never knew that nutmeg tastes really delicious with beetroot. So my suggestion is whenever you make any beetroot recipe just add a few pinches of ground nutmeg to your dish and I am 100% sure you will get a unique awesome flavour. But If you are from any other country and you are making this recipe you can use any local spices of your choice.

Though the Beetroot is the main ingredient, you may use other healthy veggies in this recipe. So you can change other vegetables as per your choice. But believe me my vegetable combination in this dish really enhance the taste and Its healthy goodness. So my request you must try these vegetables in this recipe.
