Is Easy tempura recipe is actually easy to make at home?

Believe me, it is actually so much easy to make at home if you follow my cooking steps.

Firstly peak your ingredients fresh and natural. This will make your dish more authentic. The main ingredient is “prawn (shrimp) which is very popular and easily available in almost all the markets. So always go for the fresh prawns and avoid the frozen one. I used fresh prawn for the recipe. You can use fresh vegetables of your choice.

Japanese prefer sweet potato and pumpkin for the dish. Variety of combinations of seafood and vegetables can be used to prepare the dish. Thus the dish is healthy in spite of being fried. The next part is the batter. It’s nothing but a mixture of flour, egg and water. I prepared the batter eggless and used a mixture of tapioca flour, cornstarch and all-purpose flour and water only. Put some ice cube to keep your batter cold. Never use a thick batter, always use a thin one. Not to forget that the oil needs to be hot enough before frying. Here is the secret of the recipe. The relatively cold thin batter and the hot oil make your shrimp crispy and golden in colour. Suggest you not to use bicarb soda or baking powder which is not good for the health only to make the dish crispy.
