Ingredients
  • 6 piece Button mushroom
  • 1 Cup Breadcrumbs Any brands of your choice
  • 4 Cup Oil for frying
Cheese and other things For stuffing
  • 4 Tbsp Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tsp Garlic Chopped
  • 1/2 Tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 Tsp Parsley chopped
  • 1 Tsp Sun-dried tomato chopped
  • 1 Tsp Salt

Instructions
  1. First of all, remove mushroom caps from mushroom stems and chopped all stems very finely
  2. And then take another mini bowl to mix chopped mushroom stems, Garlic chopped, Mozzarella cheese and Cheddar cheese.
  3. Also add into it black pepper powder, Parsley, Sundried tomato and salt.
  4. After then mix all the ingredients very well
  5. Now stuff this mixture into the mushroom pocket and press them to make round ball shape.After you make all the round mushroom ball, dip them into the cornstarch paste
  6. Now Take a wok or kadai.
  7. Make the wok almost hot enough and then quickly put oil into it.
  8. Heat the oil in slow gas flame only for deep frying.
  9. .Just then coat all the balls one by one into bread crumbs one by one.
  10. Repeat the process, it will make a heard bread coat on every mushroom and it will keep moisturizer inside it.
  11. Now fry all the mushrooms balls very carefully for 2 mins in hot oil.
  12. While the mushroom balls seem like fried serve them with tomato ketchup or any sauce you like.
Recipe Notes

Tips 

Always deep fry KIND of snack dish in medium to low heat to make the dish crispier from outside and softer from the inside and to avoid burning the snack.
