  • 2 Tblsp Full Sweet paprika powder
  • 1 Tblsp Chopped Lemongrass
  • 1 Tsp chopped Galangal(Ginger of Thailand)
  • 1 Tsp Coriander seeds
  • 1 Tsp Cumin seeds
  • 2 Tsp Chopped small shallots
  • 6 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 2 Tsp cilantro roots or coriander roots chopped
  • 1/2 Tsp Black peppercorns
  • 5 Whole Kaffir lime leaves
  • 1/2 Tsp Roasted sesame seeds
  • 1 Tsp Fish sauce
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 3 Tblsp Coldwater


  1. Take all the Ingredients in a blender jar and blend all the ingredients with the help of some cold water until all the ingredients turn into a paste-like consistency.


    Take mortar and pestle and make red curry paste with the help of some cold water in mortar and pestle.

    After making a paste your red curry paste is ready to use for many delicious Thai recipes.

     You can store it in your Fridge for at list 20 days.
